Our adult leagues bring high-energy action with a division for everyone—from serious competitors to those playing for fun—offering nonstop excitement and a great way to stay active at Salt Lake Indoor Soccer.

- 5v5 Format (1 Goalkeeper + 4 Field Players)
- Two 22-minute halves per game
- Enclosed field (cleats allowed)
Session 1 Start Dates
- Men’s A Division: Monday, October 20
- Men’s B Division: Wednesday, October 22
- Men’s C Division: Wednesday, October 22
- Women’s Open: Wednesday, October 22
- Coed A: Saturday, October 25
- Coed B: Saturday, October 25
- Coed C: Friday, October 24
Game Times: To Be Announced
- Monday - Friday: 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
8 Games per Session
Minimum Players: 7
Maximum Players: 10
Divisions Available:
A Division: High-level, competitive play for skilled players
B Division: Intermediate competition for experienced players
C Division: Recreational level for beginners & social players
$550 per team + $20 per game referee fee
