Our adult leagues bring high-energy action with a division for everyone—from serious competitors to those playing for fun—offering nonstop excitement and a great way to stay active at Salt Lake Indoor Soccer.

Winter Session starts in January!

- 5v5 Format (1 Goalkeeper + 4 Field Players)
- Two 20-minute halves per game
- Enclosed field (cleats allowed)
Winter Session 2 Start Dates:
- Men’s A Division: Monday, January 12th
- Men’s B Division: Wednesday, January 21st
- Men’s C Division: Wednesday, January 21st
- Coed A: Saturday, January 17th
- Coed B: Saturday, January 17th
- Coed C: Saturday, January 17th
Game Times: To Be Announced
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 6 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
8 Games per Session
Minimum Players: 7
Maximum Players: 10
Divisions Available:
A Division: High-level, competitive play for skilled players
B Division: Intermediate competition for experienced players
C Division: Recreational level for beginners & social players
$650 per team + $15 per game referee fee
$100 deposit required to secure your team’s spot
